Fry Communications is searching for an In House Sales Executive. This new position will be focused on our legacy customers – long term house accounts – as well as broker accounts. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of building excellent working relationships and focusing on achieving the customer’s goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Initiating and following through on estimate requests for new and recurring work
  • Initiating and following through on multi-year contracts and contract extensions
  • Requesting production schedules and ironing out those details
  • Working through production challenges in tandem with CS, such as securing paper or paper options and subcontracted materials
  • Conducting regular “relationship health checks” with customers to identify areas of excellence and improvement
  • Reviewing  each customer’s workflow methods and procedures with an eye for improving timeliness and cost efficiency
