September 2025 – National Blueberry Popsicle Day

In 1905, 11-year-old Frank Epperson left a stirring stick in a cup of flavored water overnight, and it froze. Nineteen years later, he received the patent for the “Epsicle ice pop” – and later renamed it Popsicle.
