October 2026 – International Coffee Day

Coffee drinking traces its origins back to the Arab world in the 15^th century. Our current cultural obsession with all things coffee and coffee-related didn’t really begin until about fifty years ago when specialty coffee shops began appearing throughout the country.

Those baristas showed their skills in foamy patterns in the cup, highlighted here with raised gloss UV in the mug. Reticulation on the coffee beans mimics their texture and slight shine.
