We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Production shifts are a condensed work scheduled geared toward balancing work and family life. Shifts are 12 hours, with workday rotation schedules of 5 days on/2 days off/2 on/5 off or 7 on/7 off depending on the department. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.
