Ed Fitting Appointed PILOT Manager

Henry Fry, Chairman of the Board of Fry Communications, recently announced the promotion of Ed Fitting to Presort Information and Logistics Team (PILOT) Department Manager.

Ed joined Fry in 1989, becoming part of the bindery department. Nine years later, though, he was promoted to Traffic Manager, where he developed relationships with all kinds of commercial carriers and managed all of the outbound truck drivers. Last year he joined PILOT as the Assistant Manager and learned our mailing and distribution operations.

“With a top shelf team of employees, we have certainly shown great success in developing programs and systems that benefit our client base and save them postage and freight,” Ed says. “I look forward to continuing our current legacy into the future. Finding new opportunities with the USPS that enhance our clients experience and reduce cost will always be a goal.”
