December 2025 – National Pastry Day

The Crusaders brought the first pastries to Northern Europe upon their return from the Mediterranean. From there French and Italian chefs developed “puff” and “choux” pastries – like eclairs, Napoleons, and cream puffs – filled with creamy custards.

We “covered” our macarons with matte film laminate, then added embossing and raised gloss UV to create texture and contrast.
